Extensive repairs, remodel, and upgrades done by Compass Conversions.
The only original items inside the trailer are the stove, microwave, refrigerator, and cabinets. All plumbing fixtures, including shower and ceramic toilet, have been replaced. All lights replaced and upgraded to LED fixtures with new style switches and color changing LED lights in all window valances. Custom made solid wood door into bathroom. Self acquiring DirecTV / Dish Network satellite antenna with flat screen TV installed, but receiver removed. Couch has been recovered in custom leather with matching cushions. Queen size gel mattress included. Flooring, including subfloor, replaced with vinyl plank flooring. Roof resealed and new elastomeric coating put on this year. Onan generator was replaced in 2020 and was moved to roof with a new oversized fuel tank in the rear tack room.
Electric awning installed to replace original manual one.
The living space has lots of cabinets and storage. Air conditioner is brand new & works great, blows very cold and includes a heat strip. Exterior paint was very faded, but has been striped down to the aluminum and is all in good shape. Wheel bearings recently redone in the past 3 months & heavy duty tires installed 6 months ago. Trailer has been used and hauled up until recently when we purchased a larger one!
