Two ducted ACs and gas furnace, Bathroom has sink + vanity, big closet, neo- angle shower, toilet and walk through door into the horse area.
Ramp in the horse area that features, HOOF GRIP Flooring, rubber lined walls, interior lights, mangers in the first two stalls, padded stalls, air flow dividers, stud stall, bridle hooks in the first stall, roof vents, drop down windows on the head side with saftey bars and drop down on the hip escape door in the first stall. Perm rear tack room has, 3 tier stall rack, bridle hooks, blanket bars on the door along with a organizer, brush tray.
