Location: Montello, WI		I'm replacing the fenders on my 8' wide LQ. The current fenders have a putty filling the gaps between the fender and trailer wall. What type of putty is this?

Location: Penrose, Colorado		I asked a friend of mine that has a very large rv and horse trailer repair facility and he says just use a good rv silicone, it is all for appearance of the job when finished.

Location: Vermont		 1/8" foam tape is the normal product put on the inner edge of fender during installation
