Newbie at owning a LQ trailer. I left the battery switch and the batteries are low. Can I just plug into a barn for power and have the batteries charge???

Yes.
Make sure the button is pulled & after at least a day unplug from barn to check the monitor for electrical.

If your depth of discharge on the batteries was extremely deep...you may be replacing them earlier than expected...:
