Getting some warm days in our area but still some cold days.  Went to a clinic yesterday and it was 70 degrees.   Would have been nice to use the sink and toilet but trailer is still winterized.   Ready to get it ready for spring as we are going to start hauling more but living in the Midwest I'm not sure all of our cold days are past us.  Would an occasional night of freezing temps be an issue?  How can I use water in my trailer this time of year without risking damage?

That's tough. 70 degrees would be pretty tempting.  I don't think I'd be too concerned if you were staying in it and it dipped down to freezing or a little lower. It would be warm in the living area, you could leave the cabinet doors open. Hot water heater would stay lit and hot all night. A full tank of fresh water is not gonna be in danger of freezing.
Now if it's just sitting, lines are full of water,  and everything's already cold, that's a crapshoot (whatever that means). Are you usually pretty lucky? Wish I had some experience to share with you.

Put a small electric heater inside and leave it on low. You could also leave the propane heater on low if there is no electricity available.
