Hey, I just purchased a 1999 2H bp slant Kiefer Built. Now the redoing starts. I'm getting new tires tomorrow and wheel bearings/breaks next week. I'm going to redo the pvc walls next. I'm thinking of using 1/2" hdpe sheeting on buttwall and 1/4 on headwall. Anyone else out there done this before? helpful hints? I'm still trying to figure out how to cutout windows on buttwall since I'm going up 72". 38" is current height on pvc walls now. TIA...

I've never used the hdpe. I insulated our old exis and bought white aluminum sheeting for semi trailers, cut to fit using a circular saw, then used 2 sided tape and riveted the corners. As for the windows I took the trim ring off the inside of the windows (most are screwed in) use this as a template to cut the window hole, reinstall using slightly longer screws if needed.
