Hi - Has anyone had experience buying a trailer through R&H Premier Trailer? I am looking to buy my first trailer for our family. The R&H site shows some used ones at good prices, but other things are raising red flags for me.....looking for someone who may have experience with them. Thanks for your help in advance!!!

Saw your post, and while I have no direct experience with this dealer, something is definitely "off" with the website.

The prices on the trailers are WAY too low- in other words, too good to be true. Brenderup Trailers NEVER sell that cheap. There is a Featherlite LQ trailer listed for $7900, that is easily a $30,000 trailer.

http://rhtrailers.online/?route=product&id=164

The website lists a foreign phone number, although the dealership is supposed to be located in Oregon, which last time I checked, is still in the US. If you read through the trailer descriptions, you find some language that is not used when you are a native English speaker. The website also states that trailers are to be delivered to the buyer- as in their is no physical store to go visit to inspect the trailer in person.

Another red flag is if you look at the pictures of the trailers themselves, they are taken in different locations, not a dealer's lot or shop with any consistency.

They are not listed as a dealer who purchases advertising here, so that would be another red flag to me.

Thanks for your thoughts. You confirmed some of the suspicions I had as well. Definitely looks "too good to be true". Like I said, I have never purchased a trailer before and wanted to confirm my hunch. Thanks for helping me avoid a real pitfall for my kids and I. Appreciate your taking the time to respond ??

If you look at the groundview it is the address for Powell Storage...ie rental spaces...no trailer business per se...

Absolute fake, can we make sure they are blocked from listing here on HTW?
