I have a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer 4wd with the typical round trailer electrical plug. I am considering purchasing a CM Endurance 2010 2 horse bumper pull trailer. The trailer has electrical brakes on all 4 tires and a break away switch. Will I need to have any work done on my vehicle to access the electrical brakes on the trailer, or anything else? I live in CA, are there any other requirements here that I need to follow?

Hi....you will need a brake controller installed in your vehicle. Prodigy P3 is an excellent controller and has vehicle specific wiring harnesses that are very easy to install. Some vehicle also need fuses, relays added but that is also simple...check your owners manual.
