Would someone more experienced then I mind taking a look at these photos? Considering trade our trailer straight up for this one (even swap) but we are getting rid of a high quality 4Star 4Horse and I don't want to end up with a piece of junk. Open to any opinions, suggestions, etc. thanks!

I would suggest removing the SunCoating that you see on the floor. That can usually be easily done by cutting it where the wall/floor join, and then pull it up as a sheet. Once done, you can see the actual aluminum floor. We often find, that urine has gotten trapped under the coating, and corroded the floor.

I might suggest a close inspection underneath as well.

I had a '04 Sundowner that had quarter size holes under the sun coating sheet. I always cleaned trailer out after I used it but the urine gets trapped under the suncoating. Mine had a 8 year warranty on it so Sundowner replaced the entire floor. My frame remained in good shape, however. I have purchased a '03 Sundowner and had no problems with this floor but it is all aluminum and had no suncoating on the floor.

Is the suncoating like the old plastic truck box liners?

The SunCoat is a spray on "bedliner" type material. Very similar to Arma-Coat.
