I'm looking at both a two horse Lakota Charger (7ft short wall) and an Exiss (6ft short wall) with basically the same equipment. Both are new/never used and wondering which is the better trailer. The price is very close and curious what your opinion is. The trailer I now have is a 2001 Exiss Event 4 ft short wall and just need a little extra living space.

I believe you'll find the two very comparable. Decide based on which one has they layout you prefer and dealer service is good. Trailer quality is similar enough to remove itself from the equation, in my opinion.

My choice would be Exiss, as they have been building trailers since the early 90's, compared to Lakota, whom is a relatively new player in the horse trailer market. Dealer service is important, so it might boil down to whom is your closest dealer. My two cents worth; good luck with your trailer purchase.
