I would recommend insulating. I insulated my Titan steel trailer and reduced the inside temperature by 8 degrees F. I used 3M 77 spray adhesive and aluminum bubble aluminum insulation from Lowes. I cut strips of insulation to go between the roof bowes and sprayed adhesive on the roof and insulation. It never came loose.
