KATHY, I am a Bison dealer and will be glad to help you! I am also making Bison's warranty department aware of this situation. Please contact me at 334 685 2636 at your convenience. I need a bit of info to help get this handled please. Where did you purchase it? Have you contacted them? May I have your contact info to pass on to Bison? May I have the last 5 digits of the VIN? I will be happy to help you! THX DON SMITH OWNER DHMCO.

Kathy, I hate to hear you had trouble with your new Bison.  We special ordered a 4 horse, 10 foot short wall Bison Stratus Express in 2013.  We have really enjoyed it and have only had one minor problem with a wheel hub which was due to the axle manufacturer, not Bison.  We live in Arkansas and have pulled it to Colorado, New Mexico, Texas and a couple of other states with no issues.  We have a trip planned for South Dakota this summer.  I'm sure Bison will resolve any issues you have and hope you and your husband enjoy your trailer.

Just an idea. We have had water leak in thru the refrigerator side vents or through the water heater side vent. This can happen in a driving rain when the vents are on the windward side. Hope this might be the case? IMO, no way to fix it unless you cover the vents.

Both compartments are 90% sealed up, but they can leak just due to how they have to be constructed.

Good luck!

Hi Kathy,
I was just curious what the cause was for your leak in your trailer?? We have a 09 Bison that we bought used 2 yrs ago, and have had it leak in the bathroom too! Very frustrating! We had a problem with the shower leaking the first few times we used it, but had fixed it back then. Well then I had noticed some water on the floor at one time last year, and had thought what the heck?? Well I just wiped it up and forgot about it. Well I went into the trailer for something a couple months ago and noticed the bathroom floor all bubbled up...my husband thinks it's just due to the old leak from the shower just now showing up, but I read your post a while back and it got me wondering again?? Thanks for any info! :)
