Start off by reading the "trailer wiring" section at the bottom of the home page....then you will be able to communicate your problem a little more clearly

check the fuses in the truck....Has this plug ever worked properly? new trailer, new truck, new plugs? Check for 12v at truck receptacle...if no voltage, then it is a loose wire or probably a blown fuse.

Not sure about the Dodge trucks but GM trucks have a big 40 amp fuse under the hood in a fuse box that sends power to that "hot all the time" center wire.
