Do you keep your LQ plugged in when your not using it during the week? We have drinks and food in the refrigerator and would like to leave in it. Specially since we will use it on weekends?

We don't leave ours running all the time, but many people do so with few ill affects. All electrical components have a limited life span, and when the entire trailer's electrical system is continually energised, its long term reliability can be jeopardised. LQ components are expensive to purchase and replace. We have an extra fridge in the house to hold any products from the trailesr between usages. It's purchase price is a fraction of a comparable sized trailer's costs. When you add up the values of the additional electrical equipment being used, converters etc., replacement cost can be substantial. We don't frequently trade our trailers, so long term reliability is paramount in our ownership. If your situation encounters shorter times, our issues may not affect you at all.

A few sets of people I know leave their LQ trailers plugged in all the time (even through the winter when it isn't getting much use), and I haven't heard of any ill effects that it has caused yet (the trailers are new however a 2014 & 2015). But like gard said over time it could cause problems, and lead to great expenses down the road.

We leave ours plug in all the time, but don't leave the refrigerator or any thing that we can turn off on.

I only plug ours in a few days a month when it is not being used and this is to keep the main battery's charged I also turn the battery disconnect switch off so not to have any battery drain through the electronics and clocks. At least once a month I also run the generator for 15 minutes or so.

You don't want your batteries to completely discharge, so yes mine stays plugged in. And the fridge stays on except for winter. If I turn it off in warm weather, it mildews.
