Ford 150 not sensing trailer. Has brake controller. Have brake, running and tuen lights but no interior lights or fans. Trailer is a 2000 star lite 2h bp. The vehicle is new to this trailer. Have checked all fuses, all relays, etc. any suggestions?

Try with ignition key turned on....if it still doesn't work, check trailer wiring section at bottom of HTW home page and verify proper operation of vehicle (12v +) at proper pin position....did the lights work with previous vehicle....if so, the wiring may be different and you just need to sort it out. Get yourself a test light and verify that each pin is doing what it is supposed to be doing.
