Can you all suggest which is the best trailer make that will comfortably fit a 17 hh 1350+lb horse in? With LQ 41

Whatever trailer you decide on...you want a straight load with Warmblood height option...

you could get a trailer custom built to accommodate your large horse, or go with a stock trailer

Agree with Paul either a straight load with warmblood sized stalls or a stock style trailer where the horse has the freedom to make adjustments. In my experience big horses (heck, I think anything under 16HH is a pony) do not fit into slant stalls well. I have seen people use a slant trailer but they give the "big guys" a double stall and things work better. Make sure the floor is sound enough to handle the weight under your big horse and you should be fine with any of the above suggestions. Only you know your horse and each one has their own preferences.

My biggest horse is a 17.1 TWH and he's long bodied also. We have a 4Star 3 horse slant and he fits. Its 8ft wide with mangers. Love the big ones !Mira
