I have a 07' circle J 3 horse with LQ, and sometime in the past 6 months or so, the vent cover blew off and it leaked inside. There is discoloration of the linoleum next to the shower, as well as a VERY soft spot, and the baseboard under the closet is warped and wet. We live in SC, and originally thought this all happened this week with the flooding (we even called in an insurance claim) but upon looking at it a bit closer, I think this damage has been there much longer. So, my question is, since I don't think insurance will cover the repair, how difficult is it to replace a floor in the LQ section of a trailer? The 2 boards effected as far as we can tell run under the shower and bathroom sink. Is it something a moderately handy couple could fix with help or should we just suck it up and pay for repair? Any guesses on repair cost, given its just 2 floor boards?I know it's hard to say without seeing the damage, but just trying to get our ducks in a row before show season next year.Thanks!
