Have mirrored windows that have been etched by acid washing, how would I remove remaining mirroring to have clean looking windows?

I would call my manufacturer or a local trusted trailer shop that has experience with this type of thing.

Are they mirrored with something similar to High Heat Rejection Reflective Window Film(Silver)?

You can also use the automotive sheet window tints, that allow shading of different reflectivities and colours. They are applied just like decals. All you need is a bucket of soapy water, a sharp single edged razor blade, a pair of scissors, a sponge and couple of various sized squeegees. They are easy to apply, especially on a flat surface.
