Location: Hudson, WI		Have mirrored windows that have been etched by acid washing, how would I remove remaining mirroring to have clean looking windows?

Are they mirrored with something similar to High Heat Rejection Reflective Window Film(Silver)?

Location: western PA		You can also use the automotive sheet window tints, that allow shading of different reflectivities and colours. They are applied just like decals. All you need is a bucket of soapy water, a sharp single edged razor blade, a pair of scissors, a sponge and couple of various sized squeegees. They are easy to apply, especially on a flat surface.
