I purchased a 2012 Elite stock and opted out of the plexiglass(not smart). Since, I have changed my mind and we are using the trailer more for horses than we are the cattle at this point. I have all the plexiglass installed except for the escape door. I know it can be done. I see elite stock trailers all the time with the plexiglass in the escape door. We've tried heating it in the oven trying get it to bend enough to pop in, tried to piece it in with smaller pieces, but nothing works. We also have a sundowner stock trailer and it has acces points for plexiglass at every opening. I bought extra because I knew this might be a process. I have exausted about as much of my supply as I feel comfortable with on experimenting. Does anybody know the trick? I really don't want to run tracks on the inside because I would like to keep it neat and how it is supposed to be if possible. Thanks!

Call Elite this (Monday) morning when they open and see if with a few pictures back and forth they can get you back on track. Mine has a second set of tracks inside the exterior slats just on the escape door FWIW.

on my trailer the Plexiglas slides in the track, it is cut a little on the end at an angle so it fits in and slides

Thanks for the feed back. I did talk with Elite and they recommended running a set of tracks on the inside and is typically what they do on new builds.
