Description: Featherlite 1997, all aluminum, 3 horse slant, with living quarters. It is Featherlite Model 8584 and has good title. Tires are new last year and battery new this year. Trailer is 23 ft. long with 8'5" wide body and stalls are 85" tall. Living quarters are 17' with queen bed, kitchen, dining nook and bathroom. Included are air conditioner, heater, hot water heater, AC & DC electric lights, freshwater tank, and grey/black water tank. Kitchen includes, 2 burner gas stove, exhaust hood, microwave, sink, refrigerator (needs repair/replace), storage cabinets, clothes closet and dining nook that converts to a bed. Bathroom includes sink with upper and lower cabinets, shower, toilet, linen closet and pass through door to stalls. Bedroom includes queen mattress, storage cabinet, TV stand with antenna and bedside reading lights. In addition it has 2 emergency Exit windows. Horse trailer includes 3 divided stalls, one has stallion panel, built-in mangers with outside storage compartment below, tall 85" ceiling, rubber mats, drop-open head windows, sliding butt windows and adjustable ceiling vents for each horse.
