You won't find a better used LQ out there. 1998 Exiss SX aluminum 3 horse slant with living quarters, 7' shortwall, 18' awning, 22' total floor length, 5400# axles, 7'2" inside height, 6000# empty weight. This trailer was a 4 horse and was professionally converted to a 3 horse with a larger living quarters. They did an amazing job with this interior, ONE OWNER. The living quarters has an open layout with lots of storage and oak cabinetry throughout, an access door to the stall area and a CD player. There is a bench, double large stainless steel sink, 3 burner cooktop, 3 cu. ft refrigerator, heat and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a vanity, sink, storage, and toilet. The owners added more protection and reinforcement to the holding tanks below as well! There is a private cowboy shower in the first stall. The horse area has drop down windows with screens on the head side, slider windows on the rump side, solid dividers, stud divider in the first stall, interior lights, exterior load lights, rear tack, and 60/40 rear doors. This trailer also comes with a large awning and hayrack with water tank. Next to the living quarters entrance is a separate storage room with shelving and the battery for the living quarters.
