CLEAN 2006 Trails West Sierra 7 x 12 3 horse slant with full midtack, 10,000# empty weight, 7'4" interior height, 7' wide. The stall area is in great condition with rubber mats all the way around, barred dividers, drop down windows with separate drop down bars on the head side, slider windows on the rump side, interior lights, overhead vents for each horse, an access door into the midtack, 50/50 rear doors and load lights for ease of loading! The full midtack has entrance doors on both sides and a door into the living quarter and a door into the stall area. It has beautiful carpeted walls, linoleum flooring, two swingout saddle racks, two water tanks, multiple bridle hooks, blanket rods, brush bins, and door organizers on each side. The living quarters are in barely used condition. It comes with wood linoleum floor and beautiful wood cabinetry throughout. There is couch that makes into a bed with a removable table, full bed area, 3cu. ft. refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop, stainless steel sink, shower/toilet combo, leather touch ceilings, wall papered walls, western star accents, heat, cd player. This trailer has dual batteries, dual propane tanks, electric jack, spare tire, chrome wheel covers, and lots of exterior load lights.
