I would like to swap out my cooktop that sticks up for a one that is recessed below the counter top. I haven't been able to find one online. Has anyone seen one?  The best thing would be to find a pan to put my current cooktop in.

thx

I believe what you may be seing is a recessed counter top with a regular cooktop set down inside of it and a flush mounted top. Most late model LQ's are now doing that in order to have more counter space. I may can be done to your counter top and may even be able to reuse your same cooktop.
