The '90 model Sundowner aluminum was a very good trailer.  Well built, but didn't have quite as nice of saddle racks and dividers as the later in the 90's models.  However, I sold a nice clean 3H gn with a 3 1/2' dressing room for about 8K just a couple of months ago.  They hold their resale very well; as they have stood the test of time.
