I just came across a local trailer and it's a 2005 Adam trailer. (Excursion Model) I can find very little information about that brand, so can someone enlighten me as far as quality.

Does anyone know how long the warranty is good for. I did check out thier website and it says to just contact dealer.

Any and all insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hopefully you are not all getting tired of all of my questions. This is a big expense for me and I want to make the right decision. I'm taking lots of notes!

I have a 2005 Adams trailer.  I have had it for just over a year now.  The one thing I have noticed about it is that the fit-up is not the best and some of the hardware is not robust enough.  For example, the rear tack is slightly off so I really have to push it to get it folded up and secured.  The clips for the dividers were really flimsy and I had to get better quality ones. Also, a couple of the welds on the dividers were rough and had to be sanded down.  It is not a bad trailer, but you get what you pay for.  It is one of the reasons I am looking at getting a used 4 Star.  I am just too picky.

Adam builds a steel frame/aluminum skin trailer as well as an all aluminim. The Excursion model suppose to be an all aluminum. Warranty may depend on which model you have. I would contact the mfg. You buying a 2005, used, may not have any warranty.

Well I did take a look at that Adam trailer and it was very clean and well taken care of, but you could tell it did not have the quality of some of the trailers I have come across. I did not like the latches they use on the stall dividers (Drop down pins) and some of the welds just were not up to par in my opinion. So once again, the search goes on!

Good luck!  Keep searching, be patient and you will find the right trailer for you.
