Yes, I know they've gone out of business. They are a Carson company, Carson will honor the warranty for one year.

That said, I've been looking for an aluminum trailer and found a new SilverLite that is everything I am looking for, for a price less than many used comparable aluminum trailers are going for.

Anybody got any feedback on them? If it helps... 3 horse slant gooseneck Freedom series.

WOW, did not know they were closing.  And yes, would buy another in a heartbeat - very well made trailer.  I bought mine (a 2000 Roper Series) used in '02 & have used it pretty hard & it is still in great shape.

motochris,  Even though Silverlite is out of business, I would buy one of their trailers.  The are good, well built, tought trailers.

They are/were not a Carson Company! carson is a larger dealer for them in southern california though. Well built trailer up there with the best of them, just not well known in the south and east.
