I saw a 2010 custom made 4 Star the other day. She said that the alum sheets were GLUED on ?? Is this a better way than rivets? The design and layout of the trailer was great. Thanks!

It's very common for the skin to be glue or more often taped on.

The current generation of 3M double sided tape does a great job of fastening the skin to the frame.

The tape by 3M is called VHB, very high bond. I've seen test video of this stuff destroying what it was bonded to before the adhesive gave up. I didn't know 4 Star had started using this. My '98 was all welded side panels that interlocked.
