I have a Kiefer Built Genesis 2002 with 20 ft awning. The lock isn't holding and had the awning unravel on the highway last spring. Finally getting to repairs. Have pulled the end cap off see that I've got some very worn out parts to replace. Problem is, I can't find a brand name on the awning, and I can't seem to find a parts schematic of any awning that shows the parts on the inside of the locking end. If I want parts for the arms, or even the spring, no problem.Any ideas?

It either going to be a carefree or A&E brand and Camping world sells parts for both. The part with the lock runs around $75. or so and is a pain in the back side to replace. Well worth the labor rate they charge to install it!
