I bought a Cody Cushion Air Ball for my 08 450 that rode rough with a trailer. I love the ride it gives! I have since used it on 3 other trucks! I just got a new 2015 Dodge 3500 that had the hitch put in at the factory. The bottom of the ball mount is round and not square like the B & W. I checked the Cody cushion site and didn't see a round tube, only square. I'm positive that you can't fit a square peg in a round hole. I don't think I should alter it but would like to know of any other options that have a round base. Since I pull many different trailers, I need it on the truck and not on the trailer. I guess I'll probably put this old one on Ebay.

I ran into the same issue with my Superduty. Called and found the do make an insert for the for the hitch. The draw back is that it make it semi permanent. There is two bolts to keep it from rotating, inserted from underneath the hitch. They also have a adapter to mount the cushion on the stem of GN. Couple of options. I also have a cushion for a B&W that needs a new home. Small rehoming fee required.

The pic that was posted is just like mine. They aren't making them with the OEM round style. You think they would, since Ford & Dodge are putting the round ball base hitch in their new trucks at the factory. I have loved the ride this hitch as given any size trailer on any of our trucks. I'm not interested on putting an seperate air ride adapter on each and every trailer we pull. Guess, I'll learn to live without it, until the manufacturer comes to their senses.
