I have a 2011 Featherlite horse trailer with living quarters. I am having a problem with the electrical. The lights and water pump work off the battery but the AC, radio, and microwave do not work even when the trailer is plugged into the wall plug in the house. I tested the outlet that the microwave is plugged into and i am getting 110V when sticking the probes in the neutral and ground holes but when i stick them in the neutral and hot ones there is nothing. Are there some wires crossed somewhere? I have tested the fuses on the converter and they are fine, I just cant figure it out.

Definitely wired incorrectly....and potentially dangerous.
Start with checking the outlet that the trailer is plugged into. Hot to neutral= 110v Hot to ground= 110v Neutral to ground=0v The neutral slot is the larger of the two slots. If that all checks out, check the panel in the trailer where the breakers are located. Black wire from cord to breaker bus bar, white wire to neutral bar, green wire to ground lugs. It is unlikely that the trailer came from the factory wired incorrectly....did anyone change the plug end of the cord and maybe did it incorrectly? Anyway a simple fix if you are able to do some simple troubleshooting. Here is a link for plug end wiring http://www.rvpowerprotection.com/Links_files/30-amp%20Service.pdf All of the black wires in the panel should go to the breakers and the white wires go to the neutral bar, green or bare copper to ground bus.

The only thing that has been messed with wiring wise is the battery was taken out and then put back in. It is my girlfriends dads trailer and he did it, im not sure how the battery was wired before but it was working correctly before this was done

Check that the battery is correctly hooked up...positive wire to positive terminal...negative wire to negative terminal.,Check fuses at converter. However, your probe indicates a different problem. It looks like the hot wire and neutral wires are reversed. If nobody has messed with the ac cord coming from the trailer, I would suspect the outlet that the cord is plugged into has been wired incorrectly.Again, check for voltage using your probe....should be 110v hot to neutral or ground. It might also be the case that the breakers in the panel at the trailer are tripped because of the wiring being reversed. Start at the beginning with the power source, the outlet, and make sure that is correct. Also, is the cord end a 30 amp, 115v rv type plug?

Like beeoerdog said the battery was installed in reverse polarity which will blow one of the fuses in the panel. I believe it will be a 30 amp fuse. Your batteries should be wired in a parallel "positive to positive and Negative to Negative". Disconnect the shore power before messing with the batteries.

As you say the trailer WAS correct ... Double check the outlet the trailer is connected to. If the supply outlet is wired wrong, the trailer will be too.

It is possible that the circuit with the radio, etal has a connection that has come loose...hopefully you can test the outlets and switches IN ORDER from the panel outward until you find it
