I totally agree that there is a wide range of quality when it comes to different brands of Living quarters. As for the difference between an Elite trailer and a CM, we have had both [along with a few other brands]. In my opinion, both are very well made trailers. There are some big differences in the floor, cross members, and hardware on the trailers. Check them out good. Good luck.
