I have a 2004 white Trailet 2 horse BP with a DR. I just cleaned the interior but I don't have the "want to" to elbow grease the black streaks and splotches out of the paint. I just tried a little bit of the LA Awesome cleaner from the dollar store but I could be there all day just to get a small section done. Can the Blue Beacon get those streaks/blotches off? The closest one to me is like 45 miles so I need to know before I haul there and just get a nice wash off. Although I could use that, my roof needs to be cleaned as well.I am actually going to ride more this fall, so I have all the mechanical stuff checked already, just trying to get the trailer waxed, etc. Usually I am better at keeping the trailer clean than I have been lately.Hoping the Blue Beacon can help me out on this one. Anyone know?Jbsny

Have you tried calling the Blue Beacon truck wash to see if they can answer your question? Secondly I'd call the trailer maker and see what paint was used on your trailer (they will need the year/color/etc.) and then maybe try a 3M automotive paint store for chemical recommendations. New paints are different from older paints, what a newer paint can handle could be very different from what is on your trailer. I'd be careful not to etch into the paint surface and cause the staining to return faster each time it cleaned.

Trailet went out of business a couple years ago.. Not sure what the paint color was.. my sticker on the trailer is faded and I can not read what it was. The LA Awesome did work, but man it was a killer to just get that one spot.

It's definitely worth your time to make the trip to Blue Beacon. Your aluminum will look like new. Just tell them you want their aluminum wash with some attention to the streaks, and also specifically ask them to hit the roof so you don't get streaks coming down from it. You will be pleased and the drive will take less time than it would take you to get close to the same result. Our closest BB is an hour away, and have not attempted to clean streaks since the first time I had them do ours. Don't worry about your paint if it's factory, they won't do anything that will hurt it. You will find yourself in line with high dollar semi's and $1M motorhomes. They won't hurt those, or yours. I believe ours cost about $35 for the trailer, 9 for the truck, and Rainx is a few bucks extra.

I did find out the paint is a Dupont car/truck paint. I'd do the streakmaster but I don't have a way to rinse the trailer at where I keep it and we can only use small amounts of water to clean our trailer, no hosing it out as they have city water. As for streakmaster, I don't really want to do the trailer myself, or would consider that. THanks
