Hi all, I have a 2005 Trailet GN that I need to replace the ramp lumber on, but wanted to get a hint, if anyone knows, about what I will find when I peel the mat off - how thick the plywood will be, and where it attaches to the frame? Would like to get the plywood first and get it done all in one pass! Thanks for any help, esp. from someone particularly familiar with this brand.

Take the rubber mat off (carefully if it is re-usable). You will find 3/4" to 1" plywood, It is likely not to be treated plywood as the chemicals in treated will interact with aluminum. We use treated (for longer life) but thoroughly coat it with truck bed liner, both sides and edges.
