Been there many times. Good people. Good campsites, barns, bathhouses, pavilion, swimming hole. The trails are sandy and level. Just a really good place to go. No problems, none.

It is located in Richlands, nc. close to Jacksonville. You can get any size truck and trailer in there. Smooth flat land, grassy. They have a pond in front of the pavilion that kids play in. The trails are nice, easy. They have bathhouses, stalls, or you can fence off your area with elec. fence or portable corals. Really big place. They are having a ride this week-end. You should head up and come, I think we are going.

Whipoorwill had a ride this past week-end and we went. When we got there to hook up it was dark and the electrical hook up kept kicking the breaker every time we plugged the horse trailer in. Anyway to make a long story short, the owner came and with lights on from both our trucks, changed out the breaker, with the power still on and sparks flying(scared me to death) and fixed it. He could of told us to hook back up and move to a different spot but instead went out of his way to accomodate us. That shows how they treat you at Whipporwill.
