The trailer i am considering purchasing someone removed a couple graphics/large stickers and damaged the white aluminum finish.
is there a way to repair the finish ?

You can try to buff out the areas with an automotive polishing compound.. However because the paint is very thin, often times this will reveal the primer coating and perhaps the bare metal . In that case it is easier to repaint the various affected panels of the trailer.
Removing decals or stickers will often result in a darkened shadows, left when the paint under the applications did not fade as did the rest of the body paint. This colour difference cannot be changed by mechanical buffing.
