Hi there. I have a 2005 Logan Contender. It's galvanized steel framing with aluminum skin. Instead of smooth paint it is textured. That's the only way I can describe it. It is greying from dirt and green mold growing on it. I scrubbed and scrubbed today and I cannot get it white.
Does anyone have a trailer like this? How do you keep it clean? Can it be painted? It's in great condition I just feel like it needs a paint job.

???I have used a product called Wet & Froget on alunimum siding on a building and it really clean it well. It was easy to use but was kind of different in that it did not instantly clean. It seamed to clean over a period of time. I have not had the need to try on my horsetrailere yet, but will when it needs it. Good luck

A power washer  used with a detergent will easiy clean many surfaces. Be careful using it on painted panels, but on bare metal it is quick and easy.

You might troll over to the RV forums and see what they use.  Do you think this 'textured' paint was original or put on later?  I have only seen a few but don't remember anyone having paint that wasn't smooth.

Yes it is original paint. I bought it new. I think it was something new Logan did to prevent rust?

Hello, my name is John. I am from southeast Tennessee between Chattanooga and Knoxville. Athens, Tn to be exact. I use a product called LOC. It is actually a product that I use the majority of the time. So far, I have found nothing that I needed to clean that it didn't produce the desired results I was looking for. It is a very versatile cleaner and it is very reasonably priced. If you would like, you can email me and I will fill you in on more details. Hope this is helpful. Have a great day
