Thinking about adding an awning to my 96 4 horse sundowner. Does anyone have any good sites to buy from? Or could tell me about how much they run to install please? Would also like recommendations for installing one in eastern NC. Thank you!!

Get your measuring tape out. If you are going to put it on the roadside of the trailer, the side you show in your picture, the front hardware will have to go in front of the tack door (the tack door will not open back flat then) and the rear hardware will have to be in front of the ladder but behind the fender. Not much leeway anywhere.

As stated above, that's what I did.
Just measure exactly and make some marks until you get it located (before you order it). You will need to leave ~2" left of the ladder as the handle for the support brace is on the right side of the brace.
We normally just hook the door open to the left brace, but you can disconnect the lower mount and move it vertical if you want to open the door all the way around. Mount your top rail as high as you can on the radius to give you door and window swing clearance.
One person can install everything, but you will need 2 additional people for about 15 minutes to slide the awning into the top rail.
