Hi, is anyone using an Old Mac's saddle pad?  Interested in them, would like to know if you like or not.  Thanks.

Hi Traillady - I use the Old Mac boots on one of my horses, so was interested in finding out about their saddle pad. The boots are well-built, sturdy and easy to use. I checked the website on the saddle pad and they look nice, are a good price, but I don't see how they can "breathe" very well. That's always been where I have trouble with my horses' backs. Air circulation, or lack thereof, can make a huge difference in saddle comfort. That said, they are reasonably priced, so probably worth a try. Let us know how you like it if you get it. BTW, I use a Supracor and love it, but it was wildly expensive. I guess it's worth it since my horse likes it.
