Do a search on East Fork.  It's been discussed in here on several threads.

We go to Eastfork Stables several times a year.  We love it there.  They have everything you need, the staff is great, great trails, barns and campsites.  Also, we highly recommend Zenith at Big Southfork which is approximately 20 minutes from Eastfork.  You can check them out as well on the internet I think their website is zenithstables.com.  If not, pull up Big Southfork camping and click on Zenith.  We camp all around in that area, if we can be of any help to you,  please let us know.
