Reg, my empty weights are as follows:

F250 empty weight is 4200 pounds

F250 GVWR is 8600 pounds

F250 payload is 4400 pounds

F350 empty weight is 5800 pounds

F350 GVWR is 10500 pounds

F350 payload is 4700 pounds

And people wonder why I only have one duelly and the rest are SRW trucks. I've owned Ford diesels since 1985 and the cost of operation on duellies is much greater than SRW and the payload advantage doesn't justify the extra wheels for me. The duelly I have right now is a "roll-back" Ford used to transport materials/equipment to and from jobsites. It has an advantage with duel rear wheels for stability and the extra payload is needed for the loads it carries. My first choice is hooking up a GN flatbed to my SRW and carrying more than the roll-back. The advantages of the roll-back is working in tighter places than the trailer and my wife can safely freight equipment and materials to the jobsite for me. Happy trails.

Thank you everyone for the info. A friend of mine works on my Dad's farm in FL, so I am going down there and he is going to hook up a large trailer that would simulate the 4h H2H trailer and we will see. Not to mention if I can't drive it, there is no reason to buy one. It is a big difference going from a 2h bumber pull to a 29' Trailer. I just really liked the options of converting the 4h h2h to 2 or 3 box stalls if necessary. I have nervous babies, and this would come in very handy.
