Has anyone used the GN air coupler? I know there are a couple of different types. Do they work? does it make it better for the horses and the people in the truck? Is it worth the investment? Any comments and thoughts.

have used one called "my air hitch" before...pulling a 31' elite 4h lq w/ 05 dodge 1ton...i think it helped...the trailer pulled good before and even better after
