This is where it all started, the subflooring is soaked and I pulled all the astroturff up.

The slant corner torn out....that is old glue the guy used on the insulation that you will see in all the walls.

The saddle rack wall....

This is how the guy did the ceiling, all the moisture has collected in it and cause the mildew and rot!

and he didn't use the correct type of foam board either! The fan vent, this is what originally started me looking around inside for leakage.

I could just rip the particle board off the ceiling it was so wet! The spot is wet, rotted board, and of course the non-correct insulation.

This is my trailer when I went down to buy it. It has about three coats of wax on it now.

This is what was up in the tack/sleeping area before I started the demolition!

My rig....."97 Ford F-250 power stroke, 7.3L diesel and "95 Logan Coach 2h slant w/rear and front tack. The trailer was a birthday present to my self last summer (2005)

A view from the inside looking where the vent used to be. We took it out and cleaned all the old caulking out and sanded the roof where the new caulking will go.

My husband helped me with the vent issue. He used Lexel a super tough will go nowhere, will not leak caulking. He used this to patch roofs around vents and chimmneys when he roofs on the side.

This is the only corner of the ceiling we didn't get to finish. I think it will be easier with the wall panelling up as it will help hold the bottom piece of this pie in place while we get the rest set and screwed into place.

ceiling paneled up around the fan vent...

We set the ceiling panels in place by overlapping them with the previous one and use 1" screws to screw to the beams of the trailer. It looks pretty good from my view for a tack/sleeping area!

This is what I started on today 5/8/2006. The board is holding a small piece that I couldn't screw around the window due to such a deep curve in the nose, it is glued and the board will be removed in the morning. This is just a faux waines coat with a gloss finish, easier to clean dirt should wipe right off.

more of the ceiling with the paneling up against the bottom of it. The panelling fit nice and tight and helped pull the ceiling part, the bottom down and in place.

Here he is overseeing my work...

Fan vent back in place and runs like a charm. Also the start of my trim...

Trimming out the window, I will also add trim inside like a small sill....

trimming along the door wall....

The slant wall paneled. I will trim between the wall and ceiling and in between the bridle hooks so you can't see my rough cuts!

This is the corner left to panel. This might be a bit tricky as there is nothing to screw to, so this may take a few days, with PL construction adhesive.

The slant wall finished and some of my tack is going back into it's home!!!!!

Finally finished!!!!!

my sleeping area....made the quilt ontop myself...

my personals corner, and the 48 gal. water tank installed and ancored to the wall....

my roll up screen door. It is weighted at the bottom. The way the hydraulic hinge works and is set a retractable screen would not work, but this seems to do the job just as good....

the red wire will be used to put in an outlet down in the corner by the door on the floor....

fire extinguisher installed on the wall finally..,

and I am utilizing my rear tack storage for all my horse needs. That is my portable corral in the black bag. It all telescopes down!
