I bought this trailer in 2005. It had not had a horse in it. It was used to haul bagged shavings from town. Drop down windows with travel grill on the head side, slide on the tail side and rear loading and tack doors. I installed new thicker floor mat. I installed high molecular weight plastic board on the bottom rear side in place of the wall mat. This keeps horses from tearing the bottom of the mat with the rear of their hind shoe. Roof mounted A/C. Runs off exterior plug to generator or RV hook-up. Electric cord and adaptor to accommodate different RV plugs included. Generator that fits in the tack compartment is available, price negotiable. Custom made wood hanging closet and storage box. Mattress, pillows and linens included. Tires and spare in good shape.
